Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM CST are processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

High-Value Orders

All orders over $200 are automatically shipped with signature confirmation and carrier insurance at no extra charge.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Domestic Only

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is not yet available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
